This sweepstake is organized by Karup Design A/S, Lollandsvej 4E, 7400 Herning. By participating in the sweepstake, you accept the following terms and conditions. Your information will not be shared with any third party.

General Conditions Regarding the Sweepstake

The Sweepstake

You can participate in the sweepstake from June 4, 2024, to June 11, 2024. You can see the prize here. The sweepstake is open to all participants in Karup Design's user survey, which is sent to everyone who has purchased a Roots sofa bed via Karup Design's newsletter. One winner will be drawn at random among all participants who have completed the survey on April 12, 2024. Karup Design will conduct the draw. The winner will be contacted via email. If we do not hear from the winner within 30 days, a new winner will be drawn.

Who Can Participate?

To participate in the sweepstake, you must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Karup Design A/S and individuals in their households are not eligible to participate in the sweepstake.

By participating in the sweepstake, you agree that your first name, postal code, and country will be published on karupdesign.com if you win. For GDPR compliance, only the first name, postal code, and country of the winners will be published unless otherwise stated in the sweepstake terms.

Your information will not be shared with any third party.

The Prize

One winner will be drawn among all participants who have completed the survey. The prize is a More Pouf in a color of your choice. The total prize value is up to 259 EUR. The prize will be sent to the winner immediately after the winner has provided their contact information and color choice. The prize is sponsored by Karup Design A/S. Any tax on the prize will be paid by Karup Design A/S, unless local regulations in the winner's country require otherwise.

In case of doubt or disagreement about the sweepstake terms, Karup Design A/S will determine the interpretation. Karup Design A/S is not responsible for any printing errors. In case of suspected fraud, Karup Design A/S reserves the right to check and exclude participants. Karup Design A/S reserves the right to adjust terms and make system adjustments for this sweepstake at any time.
