We always give you free delivery on all orders.
You will receive your order within 5-10 business days of placing your order. When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an SMS and/or an e-mail with invoice and delivery information.
All orders will be delivered with System Transport at your curb address.
Delivery to non-bridge islands
At the moment, unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to non-bridge fixed islands - including the Faroe Islands & Greenland.
Returns & Complaints
You always have a 14-day full right of return and cancellation from the day you receive your order.
How to return:
- Fill out the returns form online here.
- Products should be returned in the same state as they were received in, and in the original packaging whenever possible. Products returned without the original packaging will incur a 500 DKK repacking fee.
- You will be contacted by a freight forwarder regarding pickup of the return order, at your curb address.
- Please note that the processing time on your return order is 2-3 business days from receipt in our warehouse.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you still have the right to return it, but the refund value will be adjusted to reflect the deterioration. To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and appear new.
- Once your case has been processed and approved, it can take up to 10 business days before you can see the amount in your account. This is due to varying processing time from payment providers.
All shipping costs are covered by Karup Design.
There is a deadline for complaints of 2 years, and as a consumer you must therefore submit a complaint within 2 years of delivery of the product. If you do not comply with this deadline, your right to complain will expire, unless we have provided an extended guarantee for the product.
