You can pay with Visa/Dankort, MobilePay, JCB, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and ApplePay.

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to mail@karupdesign.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to achieve this. If the order is packed and shipped, it can unfortunately not be canceled. Unfortunately changes to your order is not possible.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. The expected delivery time is 5-10 business days. However, products on order or products that are out of stock may have a longer delivery time. You may also find that during particularly busy periods, we may have a longer expected delivery time for specific products.

All orders will be delivered with System Transport at your curb address.

You must be home when the order is delivered, unless otherwise agreed with the carrier.

If the unfortunate situation arises that you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact our customer service at mail@karupdesign.com - please attach a copy of your order and photos of the wrong / defective item.

It is not possible to track the order, as delivery takes place by agreement with the freight forwarder.

Check if the order confirmation is in your spam filter in your email. If not, you can contact our customer service at mail@karupdesign.com.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy fabric samples. We therefore refer to our page colors and textiles - where you can read more about our fabric collection.

You always have a 30-day full right of return and cancellation from the day you receive your order.

How to return:

  • Fill out the return form online here.
  • Securely place the goods in the package. The goods must be returned in the same condition as upon receipt.
  • You will be contacted by a freight forwarder regarding pickup of the return order.
  • Please note that the processing time on your return order is 2-3 business days from receipt in our warehouse.
  • Once your case has been processed and approved, it can take up to 10 business days before you can see the amount in your account. This is due to varying processing time from payment providers.

No. Karup Design products are not assembled when delivered. Our product range is made up of knock-down furniture. This way our products take up less space during transportation and lead to more 'efficient miles'.

When you start assembling your Karup Design product you can follow the instruction you receive in the package or find it here.

Since we mainly have online retailers, we do not have stores for you to try out a Karup Design product. What we do have is videos showing you the functionalities of the furniture unfolding. If you doubt which futon mattress to choose for your Karup Design bed, you can explore more here. You might notice a zipper on our futon mattresses. Though, this is not for taking off the covers of the futon mattresses. When sewed by hand, buttons or quilts are fixed in the futon mattresses to keep the filling in place. As an advice, we recommend that you use a sheet when sleeping on your futon mattress. In that way, you extend the life and beauty of your futon mattress.

If you like to add another mattress for your Karup Design bed frame this is possible. Our bed sizes available match the mattress sizes that fit into the bed frame.

Yes, it can. Even though we design our beds to fit a futon bed mattress, you can use a regular mattress in the bed frame. Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for the fit or the look in this matter. The mattress size measure fitting the bed frame is available on each product page of the bed category. The 'Size' of the Karup Design bed defined the mattress measures that fit into the frame of the bed.
