Matias Juhl Heesgaard - Customer Service Coordinator

To me, Karup Design is a good service experience! At least that is my main goal when solving any issues received on the phone or in my inbox. I started in the company as Customer Service Coordinator at the beginning of 2020 and the feeling of this year just passing by so fast I think has something to do with how I thrive among happy and supportive colleagues and with exciting tasks to dive into every day. That too makes it so much easier for us to adjust and get better as a company, from case to case.
