Your personal information and your newsletter subscription
To participate in the contest, you must provide your name, email address, and country of residence. In doing so, you consent to Karup Design A/S recording your name, email address, and country for the purpose of sending you emails containing exciting news, inspiration, and offers in an appropriate language. At any time, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter directly or by sending an email to mail@karupdesign.com. You can read Karup Design's privacy policy here. All personal information submitted at the time of subscription is stored securely. By participating in the contest, you consent to having your first name, post code, and country published on karupdesign.com in the event that you win.
The sweepstakes
The terms and conditions apply to all surveys that are active on Karupdesign.com, both during the visit to the website and after purchase. You can participate in the sweepstakes from January 11, 2024, and the sweepstakes is running as long as it is active on karupdesign.com. The sweepstakes are being held internationally via Karup Design's website. One winner will be drawn at random from all participants the first Monday in every month. The drawings will be conducted by Karup Design. Winners will be contacted via email. If we do not hear from a winner within 30 days, a new winner will be drawn.
Prize
One winner will be drawn the first Monday in every month. The prize is one more pouf in the color of the winner's choice. The prize is valued at up to 259 EUR. Prizes will be sent to their winners immediately following receipt of each winner's contact information. Prizes are sponsored by Karup Design A/S. Tax on the prize will be paid by Karup Design A/S, except for when local laws in the winner's country of residence require otherwise.
Who can participate?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the contest. Employees of Karup Design A/S and members of their households may not participate.
General
In the event of any doubt or disagreement regarding the sweepstakes terms, the interpretation of Karup Design A/S will take precedence. Karup Design A/S will not be held liable for any printing errors. If cheating is suspected, Karup Design A/S reserves the right to investigate and exclude participants. Karup Design A/S also reserves the right to make any adjustments to the terms and technical systems associated with a given sweepstakes at any time.
