Your Personal Information upon Consent to Newsletter
When participating in the competition, you must provide your name, email address, and possibly birthday and the country you live in, and you hereby consent to Karup Design A/S registering your name, email address, birth date, and country for the purpose of sending you emails with exciting news, inspiration, and offers in a relevant language. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time or by writing to mail@karupdesign.com. You can read Karup Design's privacy policy here. All personal data transferred upon registration are stored under secure conditions. By participating in the competition, you accept that your first name, postal code, and country will be published on karupdesign.com if you win.
The Competition
You have the opportunity to participate in the competition from 19.04.2024. The competition does not have an expiration date. The competition is conducted on Karup Design's website and across national borders. One winner is drawn among all participants on the first weekday of the month, and this is found by random drawing among the orders placed the previous month. Karup Design is responsible for the drawing. The winner will be contacted via email. If we do not hear from the winner within 30 days, a new winner is drawn. The competition does not apply in the USA.
The Prize
The lucky winner will have the amount shopped for refunded. The amount is refunded to the winner immediately after the winner has submitted their information. The prize is sponsored by Karup Design A/S. Any prize tax to the state is paid by Karup Design A/S, unless local rules in the country where the winner resides stipulate other requirements. All winners are published here. Due to GDPR, winners are only published with their first name, postal code, and country.
Who Can Participate?
To participate in the competition, you must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Karup Design A/S and persons in the employees' households cannot participate in the competition.

In case of doubt or disagreement about the competition terms, Karup Design A/S will determine the interpretation. Karup Design A/S is not responsible for any typographical errors. In case of suspicion of fraud, Karup Design A/S has the right to check and exclude participants. Karup Design A/S reserves the right at any time to possibly adjust terms and system technical adjustments for the current competition.
